I am a substance use disorder and mental health counselor who is committed to helping adults and adolescents heal their brokenness and find meaning and purpose in their lives. My work focuses on ineffective behaviors, thoughts and emotional responses, spirituality, and trauma. I believe in working together to find the right path to healing.
